Step 1
Open a new file (File > New) in Adobe Photoshop with the following settings.
Step 2
Fill background with any color you like. Then double – click to open Layer Style and set this gradient for our background.
Create a new Curve adjustment layer and use soft large Black brush with Opacity =50% then we erase the center part.
And we use soft large Black brush with Opacity =50% then we erase the center part.
You should get result like this.
Step 3
Now we create a new group and name this group as ” S “. We will create text in separately. Now we begin with ” S ” text first. Add the text, I’ve choosen joint-by-pizzadude font which set 90px font size. We name this text layer as ” base 1 ”
Step 4
Double – click on text layer, from menu choose Blending mode . Add ” Drop shadow “.
Add ” Gradient Overlay “.
Then set ” Bevel and Emboss “.
Step 5
Duplicate the (Cmd + J) ” base 1 ” then we rename this copy as ” base 2 “. Move the ” base 2 ” to upper a little bit.
Now we change Layer Style a little bit. We begin with ” Drop Shadow ” first.
Next is ” Gradient Overlay ”
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
You should get result like this.
Step 6
Duplicate the (Cmd + J) ” base 2 ” then we rename this copy as ” base 3 “. In this step, we just change the Gradient Overlay a little bit.
Then we add ” Pattern Overlay ”
You should get result like this.
Step 7
In this step, we will make frosting. Now we create new layer and put on top, just press Ctrl/Cmd and click on “base 3 ” to make selection, then go to Select > Modify > Contract and set the values. We name layer as ” Cream S ”
Step 8
Fill the frosting with any color you like. Then double – click to open Layer Style. Now we add ” Drop Shadow “.
Next is ” Gradient Overlay ”
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
And we add ” Contour ”
As you know , the frosting is never perfect. Now we add layer mask on ” Cream S ” layer and erase some outside part of the frosting.
Duplicate (Cmd + J) the frosting and move the copy upper a little bit.
Step 9
Next, we’ll add some sprinkles over the icing. We create a new group and name it as ” Sprinkle “. Pick the Ellipse Tool (U) and draw a small circle, then apply Layer Style like this.
Next is ” Gradient Overlay ”
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
And we add ” Contour ”
You should get result like this.
Step 10
Duplicate (Cmd + J) the sprinkle that we’ve create. Now we change the color, just double – click to open Layer Style and change Gradient Overlay.
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
Step 11
Duplicate (Cmd + J) the sprinkle again, and we change Gradient Overlay.
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
Step 12
Now we repeat previous step for green sprinkle.
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
Step 13
Next, we repeat previous step for blue sprinkle.
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”

Next, we repeat previous step for pink sprinkle.
Next is ” Bevel and Emboss ”
Now we get result like this.
Step 15
Duplicate (Cmd + J) the sprinkles and resize them smaller, place them as the way you like. Here my result.

Now we’ve done with the ” S “. In this step, we duplicate the ” S ” group, rename the copy group as ” W “.
Step 17
Open the ” W ” folder, first you delete the ” Cream S ” layer , then turn off all the layers except 3 base layers, then you type the text ” w “.
Now we need to change frosting shape for text ” w ” , just Cmd + click on the text ” w ” to make selection then go to Select > Modify > Contract and set value = 8px. Fill it with any color you like on a new layer which name ” Cream W “.
Step 18
Next, we apply Layer Style for the frosting ” Cream W “. Add the ” Drop shadow ”
Add the ” Gradient Overlay ”
Add the ” Bevel and Emboss ”
Add the ” Contour ”
Now we add the layer mask and erase some part of the frosting to make it look imperfect.
Duplicate the frosting and move the copy upper a little bit.
Step 19
Let’s create a new layer, name it as ” Frosting W ” , pick the brush and draw shape like this.
Add the layer mask and erase some part of the line.
Step 20
Next, we apply the Layer Style for the ” Frosting W “. First, we add ” Drop Shadow “.
Then we add ” Bevel & Emboss ” and ” Contour ”
You should get result like this.
Step 21
Let’s add some sprinkles for the letter ” W “.
Step 22
Now we will work with letter ” E ” . Just repeat previous step as we did with group ” W “.

Next, we will make frosting for letter ” e ” . Just repeat previous step as we did with letter ” W ” .

Add layer mask and erase some part of the frosting to make it look imperfect. Then open the layer style window and apply the following settings.
Now you get result like this.
Step 25
Duplicate the frosting and move the copy upper a little bit.
Then we add some sprinkles for the letter ” E “.
Step 26
Now we duplicate the group ” E ” . On the group ” E ” copy, we keep the Layer Style as the way it is, just change the ” Gradient Overlay ” and ” Bevel and Emboss “.
And you should get result like this.
Step 27
Next, we use brush to draw a line as frosting like this image below.
Add layer mask and erase some part of the frosting to make it look imperfect.
Go to layer ” Frosting W ” and copy layer style, then paste layer style for frosting E.
Step 28
Next, we will work with letter ” T “. Just duplicate the group ” W ” then rename this group copy as ” T ” and change the text.
Now we need to change frosting shape for letter ” T ” , just Cmd + click on the letter ” T ” to make selection then go to Select > Modify > Contract and set value = 8px. Fill it with any color you like.
Step 29
Add layer mask and erase some part of the frosting to make it look imperfect. Then open the layer style window and apply the following settings.
And you should get result like this.
Step 30
Duplicate the frosting and move the copy upper a little bit.
Next, we place sprinkles on letter ” T “. Just feel free to place them as the way you like. Here is my result.

Now we almost done. You should get result like this image below.

In this step, we add some sprinkles and place them like this.

Now we use brush to draw some frosting drops like this.

Go to layer ” Cream S ” and copy layer style, then paste layer style for frosting drops. And you get result like this.

Create a new Brightness/Contrast adjustment layer. Then we use soft brush to erase some outside part.
And We’re Done!
